Las habitaciones tienen lo necesario para lo que son. No es un hotel de lujo pero se compensa bien con el precio. Mi experiencia con el servicio fue EXCELENTE. La recepcionista y la administradora me ayudaron muchísimo con una situación que tuve donde tuve que cancelar un día de hospedaje a parte tiene la gran ventaja de que ahí sacan copias e impresiones ya que por lo general quienes nos hospedamos ahí es porque tenemos gente hospitalizada en el IMSS.
Deberían considerar costos más accesibles para los que vamos al hospital de especialidades ya que puede ser de entrada por salida o baja días depende el tratamiento. Nosotros fuimos solo por 6 horas. Llegamos a las 6am, no nos pudimos bañar por qué no había agua helada y tampoco en el depósito del sanitario. El resto fue amable en general.
